PANDA Mission Statement: Pasco Area Naturist Development Association – PANDA, was created to further the cause of family naturist values,  improve branding of Pasco County nudism around the world, preserve our nudism lifestyle, promote common  needs of the Pasco County naturist communities and promote tourism globally to come to the largest gathering of  naturists anywhere on the planet with our Destination Pasco Marketing Plan.  PANDA is a grassroots effort of  naturists to stir the mind with an open and honest discussion of various topics which enhance the lives of the  naturists we represent. We seek to promote cultural benefits, social and civic achievements, propose and  implement services which will benefit our naturist lifestyle. PANDA will support charitable events, expand education  and marketing of our naturist communities, provide the rich history of Pasco County nudism since its beginnings in  1941 and enhance the harmony of doing business within Pasco County. Donna Doran - Director and Under Secretary Christopher R. Mulvaney - Director and Chairman of Charities I was born and raised in Morristown, New Jersey.  I am a “Computer Electronics Technician”.  From 1973-79,  I proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, and traveled around the United Kingdom and around the “Four Corners” of the U.S. (New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado). While stationed at Alconbury, England (70 miles north of London) I became a member of the “Cambridge Outdoor Club”, and that’s where I first became a “Naturist”. The club is located between Cambridge and Ely. Check out their website www.cambridgeoutdoor.org   While in the Southwest, I was able to visit various Naturist resorts and enjoy the naked freedom of various National Parks when and where nudity was allowed.  When I returned to New Jersey, I became a member of “Sunny Rest Resort” in Palmerton, PA. www.sunnyrest.com  For the next 25 years, I spent as much time there as I possibility could. I had a tent, shared a travel trailer, bought a mobile home and lived there. Best of all, I met my wife Peggy there. What more could a man want… In 2007, we wanted to move to the “Nudist Capital of the U.S.A.”, so we did. We still feel that we are here on vacation. I joined PANDA in 2010, and assisted in running the 2nd Annual PANDA Food Drive. I also created the PANDA “Bamboo Award”, that year, which we give to the many donors of our charity events. In the summer of 2011, I created and presented PANDA’s 1st Annual Life Sustaining Program. We wanted this to be run at each nudist entity throughout the State of Florida on the same day, to be held on January 21, 2012 and this date was also the culmination of the 3rd Annual PANDA Food Drive. Both events were a huge success.   Paul Brenot, President Emeritus and Founder I am a retired international B-747 Captain having flown for over 34 years with a major worldwide US   airline. I’ve enjoyed nudism for over 10 years and have written dozens of articles for Pasco Naturally,  the AANR Bulletin and Nusa Sun. I was one of the founding members of PANDA. We were awarded  the only grant ever given to a naturist entity by a governmental entity. In addition to philanthropic   activities, P.A.N.D.A. is reaching out around the world to bring naturist tourists to the “Naturist Capitol of the World”, Pasco County Fl. PANDA wants to bring naturism forward into the mainstream   of the textile world.  Vernon Allen, President   I have been a naturist for over 35 years. I have participated in naturist activities   all over the world mostly in Europe and the United States.  I am a retired combat veteran of the U.S. Navy   with over 20 years of service. I served as a communications systems manager, Naval Counselor, and instructor.   Before retiring, I taught counseling, leadership and management for the Chief of Naval Air Training at Aviation   Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, Fl.  After more than ten years as a Field Service Engineer for a photographic   processing company I changed careers again and went back to helping people. I served as the Deputy Chief of a   north Florida Volunteer Fire Department for over 15 years where I was an EMT II, started the rescue squad,   hazardous material team and rescue dive team. I am a certified arson investigator, a master instructor for the   International Bow Hunters Education Foundation, a wilderness survival instructor and the past president/founder   of an Education Assistance Foundation for underprivileged disabled adults. I am active as an advocate for veterans   and their benefits and have served as a Veterans service Officer for over twenty years. On relocating to the   Tampa/Pasco County area I discovered PANDA and have embraced their mission and vision of service to the   community and their community service projects to the “EuroBird” program where we can continue to follow the   dreams of our co-founders in advocating the naturist lifestyle. I look forward to my tenure as President and being   a part of such a distinguished and dedicated group in service the community and naturist lifestyle.
